i want to ride my bicycle!

sunday we went to sandy hook to ride our bikes. when we got there it was colder than cold but we persevered and enjoyed an invigorating 45 minute ride. it is such a treat to live 5 minutes from the ocean. even if i spend the rest of my life in new jersey i don't think i will ever tire of going to the shore and watching the waves. there is something so peaceful about watching the water, listening to the hush of the waves and focusing your eyes on a horizon that never ends. it has been a huge bonus to our move and i hope to never take it for granted.
